Version 2.1 of easyEMPLOYER just released

Interactive SMS communication

Rosters can now be communicated to your staff via interactive SMS! Staff can even reply back to the SMS to confirm their shifts - which then automatically updates the roster to reflect their confirmation.

You also have the ability to send notices to your staff via SMS in case you need to get a message to them urgently - this comes in very handy if you need a shift filled at short notice.

Enhanced user interface

The user interface has been reworked to be cleaner, more powerful and faster to use! It makes using easyEMPLOYER even easier and more enjoyable.

Intelligent roster generation

Automated roster creation based on your business requirements and the needs of your staff - easyEMPLOYER will be your rostering expert! Automatic shift allocation is recommended based on staff needs and business requirements.

Business requirements such as how many staff you need on, in different areas, during various times, is taken into account. Staff's requirements such as availability, minimum weekly shifts, maximum weekly hours, maximum consecutive days in a row is taken into consideration.

Rostering will be easier than ever before and business requirements will be met whilst keeping your staff happy as well!

New "Clocking Station" application

The easyEMPLOYER Clocking Station - the program that clocks staff in and out of shifts, allows staff to view notices and displays upcoming shifts - is getting a major revamp! It will look even better but also new functionality will be added to enhance its use as a communications hub.

The first enhancement added is the ability for your staff to input their availability and leave requests - all through the innovative visual interface. You will never have to worry about availability being written on 'post it' notes or other bits of paper!
